How it Works

IT’S ONLINE AND SYNCHRONOUS

This means that you’ll have set meeting times with your cohort over video chat for the weeks of the program.

SMALL GROUPS FACILITATED BY A TRAINED COACH

Over the five weeks of the program, a coach will guide your group through the process, so you won’t be alone. Small groups will be limited to 12 people, maximum.

GUEST LECTURES BY INDUSTRY EXPERTS

Each week, we’ll invite an industry expert to share their insights on self-management with you.

WORKING IN SPRINTS

We'll work in sprints and you’ll deliver weekly projects, which will take the form of a Medium post.

STRONG COMMITMENT NEEDED

In order to transform, you have to commit. Commit to attending online meetings, and commit to doing the work. Real transformation only comes through sweat and effort. You will have assignments you must work on outside of meeting times.

HIGHLY COLLABORATIVE

We use several tools, such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Apps to connect with the community and deliver the assignments. All you need is a good internet connection, a camera, and these online tools, and the will to grow to be able to participate.
